Fish delivery is £15.00 no matter how many you order. If your order only includes Dry Goods then this is sent on 48 hour delivery.

shrimp,snails,crabs etc are best sent on 24 hour delivery

All fish are transported double bagged with neat oxygen,

All fish are sent out on a next day service. Although this service is expensive, it is the best to ensure that your fish arrive on time and in perfect condition. On the day of delivery, you will normally be given a time slot via email. sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries can be delayed but be assured they are packed to last if this was to happen.

The quality of the couriers that we use mean that the fish arrive to your door with the absolute minimum of stress. We can deliver fish to your door on the day that is most convenient for you if you message us first and we agree on the day.

All of our fish are acclimatised in our systems and quarantined on site; because of the nature of live fish there can be a delay in this process. We will only dispatch fish that we are 100% satisfied with. Please note, this can sometimes affect your requested delivery day/next day delivery

Delivery requires a great deal of care from us and a similar amount of care from our courier.

We start with top quality plastic bags into which we put your fish in.

The fish require oxygenated water so we help by adding extra oxygen to make them comfortable.

We then securely tie the bag to ensure that the oxygen stays in place and the fish remain safe.

depending on the weather and temperature, a number of heat packs are included to maintain the temperature.

Once our boxes are securely sealed, our courier collect them ready for next day delivery

please note next day delivery is once we have dispatched your order not when you placed it with us.

we do not ship fish over the weekend.

D.O.A POLICY ( DEAD ON ARRIVAL) LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER I.E DEAD/MISSING ITEMS OR ANY DAMAGE PLEASE PHOTOGRAPH THIS BEFORE OPENING THE BAGS, PLEASE SEND THIS TO US ON THE SAME DAY THEY ARRIVE TO YOU.

WE WILL ONLY REPLACE OR REFUND ITEMS IF YOU FOLLOW THE ABOVE. WE WILL THEN DECIDE IF TO REFUND OR REPLACE THE ITEM FOR YOU.

SOME ITEM MAY TAKE SOME TIME/DAYS TO COLOUR UP OR SETTLE DOWN AND FEEL SAFE AGAIN AFTER TRANSPORT. THIS IS VERY NORMAL. PLEASE ALLOW THEM SOME TIME.

ALL ITEMS ARE SENT FULLY TRACKED AND YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE DELIVERY IF THE ITEM IS LEFT UNATTENDED BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT IN THE LIVE ARRIVAL IS VOID.

TRACKING CONFIRMATION IS SENT AS SOON AS THE ORDER LEAVES US AND YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL FOR THIS THAT HAS THE TRACKING DETAILS ON IT ( PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FOR THIS EMAIL IF YOU DO NOT GET IT)
