The Leopard Danio is great starter fish and ideal for most community tanks. There are many varieties of this lovely fish and they are all very similar in nature. Danios are one of the most popular community fish. It is peaceful and active and enjoys a strong current in the tank. They can also be kept in unheated aquariums providing they are in a warm room.

Special Requirements - All Danios are very active and prone to jumping out of even the smallest gap in an aquarium cover. A tight fitting lid is a must. Danios normally stay at the top-most levels of the aquarium and do better in schools. There are many varieties of the species Danio Rario consisting of Zebra Danios, Leopard Danios, and more. All are available in regular, long-finned, and albino varieties.

Very active little fish. I previously got a few zebra danios and 1 leopard danios was included, sadly it jumped out of the change over tub, when I was cleaning them out and putting fresh water in the tank and he jumped down the sink. So I ordered some more as I liked him so much.
My fish were very well packaged, unfortunately didn't have a "Live Animal" Sticker on package. All in all the fish arrived all well and accounted for.
