Returns

Dispatch days

​

We dispatch dry goods Monday- Friday.

Our livestock is dispatched Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a day suitable for you to take in the delivery.


Returns Policy Dry Goods


We offer a 14-day refund policy. Unfortunately, after this period has past, we cannot not offer any refunds or exchanges.

If you are returning a product, it must be in unused, in the same condition it arrived in and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns on perishable goods, ie. Frozen and live food

When returning any items, we will require proof of purchase, this will generally be in the form of purchase confirmation email received when the purchase was initially made.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

​

Once we have received the returned item, we will inform you of receipt. Once we have checked the return, we will notify you whether it has been approved or not. If it has been approved you will receive a refund to your original payment method within a number of days.

Exchanges

​

Exchanges are only available if they are damaged or faulty. Please return your item to:

along with returns note which will be emailed to you prior to the return.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

The time for your exchange to reach you will depend on stocking levels and where you reside.

Returns Policy Livestock


We do not accept any returns on any of our livestock unless the incorrect specimen has been sent out. Should you have any issues with your livestock, please take clear photos of any issues and email within 3 hours of receipt and whilst still in the sealed bag to: info@deltaaquarium.co.uk

DOA’s (Dead on Arrival)

We offer a live arrival guarantee on all of our livestock and generally have no issues when shipping out live goods. We take great care in our packaging and use specialist livestock couriers to ensure your livestock arrives in perfect condition. Should you have any issues at all, please take clear photos and email within 3 hours of receipt and whilst still in the sealed bag to: info@discountaquatics.co.uk

If the specimen has already entered your systems water and/or 3 hours has past, we unfortunately will not be able to offer any refunds.

We are not responsible for doa’s caused due to the parcel not being delivered because no one was in to sign for the parcel.

If the specimen is doa and all photo proof/timelines have been followed, we will offer a refund, replacement on your next order or store credit which is useable within 6 months.  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the whole order is doa.

Contract of sale & pricing

​

All prices stated are correct at the time of publish, however if a mistake has occurred, we reserve the right cancel or refuse an order if there has been a mistake on pricing. If this happens, we will process a full refund. If your order has been paid for, dispatched and received, the contract of sale has been completed and the price will be honoured.

Our delivery charge is worked out based on the type of product and the weight. All shipping charges will be shown during on the checkout page.

Delivery is priced in several ways based on weight and the type of product being sent. Prices are shown during the checkout process.

Your Payment Details

​

We store none of your sensitive payment details on our website, or in-store.

​

All Payment details are handled by our payment providers Stripe and PayPal, these are handled securely by them and in line with all relevant data protection laws.
